2. Once you have added the product you can continue browsing and adding the products you want to the bag.

3. When you have added all the products you want to buy, locate your shopping bag that is in the upper right area and click on it.

5. You will enter the first step of the checkout, where you will see the summary of your order. Click on the continue button

In how many days do I receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered to the carrier some 36 business hours after your payment is confirmed or sooner. Once your order is delivered to the logistics operator, you will receive it within a period between 2 and 10 business days, depending on where you are in the country.

TCC, as a logistics operator, will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts for the orders you have placed. Delivery days are counted in business days, which correspond to Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays DO NOT count as business days, nor do holidays. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, the delivery time will begin to apply from the next business day.

What do I do if I was not there at the time of delivery?

In this case, the carrier may leave it with any person of legal age who is at the registered address or at the gate of your residential unit. If there is no one to receive the order, a new delivery attempt will be made the next business day. Our logistics operator TCC will make 2 delivery attempts before being returned to our warehouses.


How can I return a product?

Once the order has been delivered to your address, you will have up to 5 business days to request a withdrawal. To make the return, the product must be in the original packaging, without manipulation and without having opened it.

For the return of the product, the client bears the cost of the freight to our warehouse, in case of a product change, the client bears the new cost of the returned freight. In case you request a second return of the same order, reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by law 1480 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal is five (5) business days from the delivery of the good at the address registered at the time of purchase.

The return of the money in exercise of the Right of Withdrawal will be made no later than thirty (16) calendar days from the moment the product returns to our warehouse, the client must provide a bank account to make the return through electronic transfer.

Return or exchange for quality:

In accordance with the provisions of the Colombian Consumer Statute, will proceed to accept changes and returns of purchased products that are defective and/or whose quality deficiency is not suitable for the use for which it is intended, according to with the parameters of the guarantees granted by the respective producer.
